Fees & Insurance
Understanding fees, insurance, and payment options can feel overwhelming. My goal is to offer clarity and transparency so you can make informed decisions about beginning or continuing therapy.
Rates
Therapy sessions are offered at the following rates:

$240 — 60-minute initial individual intake session

$220 — 45-minute individual therapy sessions

$380 — 60-minute couples and family therapy sessions
Insurance
I am an in-network provider with the following insurance companies:
Aetna
Oxford
United Healthcare
Oscar Health
Blue Cross Blue Shield
Clients covered under these plans are responsible only for their corresponding copayment, as determined by their insurance provider.
Out-of-Network Coverage
If your insurance plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement. I can provide a monthly superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement, according to your plan’s terms.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept electronic transfer, cash, and check.
Cancellation Policy
I request 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Sessions cancelled with less notice will incur a $100 late cancellation fee.
In some cases, I may be able to reschedule a late-cancelled session within the same week. When this is possible, the cancellation fee will not be charged.
